Custom Special Event Cake provided by Cake Artist Tammy Varney.

Tammy is a WFMS parent, dessert chef and cake designer who has been making custom cakes for 11 years. She studied Baking and Pastry Arts at Diablo Valley College in Walnut Creek, California and has continued her education in Sugar Arts with classes from celebrity chefs like Elisa Strauss, Bronwen Weber, Nicholas Lodge, Mike McCary, Lauren Kitchens as well as other chefs who are on the cutting edge of the industry. Tammy taught Classical Pastries and Advanced Plated Desserts for the NWACC culinary program last fall.

This Auction is for:

• One Special Occasion Tiered Cake (Wedding / Anniversary / Retirement / Corporate Event)
• To serve 100 people at a $500 retail value (Please note that additional servings or requests for services such as custom sugar toppers or sugar flowers are welcome but will be priced separately from this auction)
• Design and flavors to be decided with Tammy
